Migration of the current Web Page:  redesign Allymgt.com into a more versatile, Dynamic site, which can be edited by Ally themselves.

Secure the website:  migrate all of the ColdFusion data containing the documents, newsletters and user accounts to a secure MySQL server. Access to this database will be restricted to only authorized users and admins.

Create a Property site for each Association: All the documents and data will be available to the property owners on their individual Website, a subdomain of Allymgt.com (ie, magnolia.allymgt.com). Ally would be in charge of these sites. This would decrease the chance that a document could be placed on the wrong site.
